    Patrick Pearsey will launch his new book, Guardians of the Avenue 2: Biographies of African-American Legends of the Indianapolis Police Department (Volume 2).  This volume completes Mr. Pearsey's two volume history of the Indianapolis Police Department's African-American officers.  It features 150 biographies and includes interviews and over 100 photographs.
